The suitability for newborns is yes and with a separate carrycot (not suitable for sleeping overnight).
Good suspension and air-filled tyres will handle rough terrain well. It's also suitable for jogging, but you must wait until your baby is six or nine months old for this.

This pushchair from Ickle Bubba is a brilliant choice for parents who want lightweight strollers with added features. This travel system includes a lie flat carrycot for newborns and a multi-position forward and rear facing seat for the pushchair.
The XL Air is a very impressive buggy. It's easy to see why it's earned such high marks from its customers. It's extremely light-weight The chassis and wheels weigh only 6.5kg. It's also very simple to put together. I was able get it up and running in just five minutes. That's amazing considering that it included the ability to attach fabric to the carrycot.
It has a comfortable wide, comfortable seat that was comfortable for Annie (who is 12 months old) and the recline lever is easy to operate. The basket is spacious with plenty of space and I find it nice that the handle bar has pockets to keep your keys and phone secure.
The handlebar is low, which may be an issue for parents who are taller. However, it's encased with a luxurious leather-like material that's soft and comfortable and cleans down easily, so it's still easy to push with bags and children in your hands!

It's also like the Ickle Bubba Aurora and Yoyo it's car seat-compatible so you can use it from birth (the carrycot folds away).
The new Pace features some stunning design features such as a rose-gold tint on the chassis, hood and stroller trims, which really make it stand out. The car seat and stroller fabrics are stylish in tan, grey and cream. You can also choose to add a leather handle and bumper bar to match.
It is suitable from birth up to a max weight of 22kg. The stroller seat easily converts from a carrycot to an reversible 2-in-1 mode that can be facing the parent or the world. The stroller seat comes with multiple lie back positions, softly padded leg rests and an extended sun canopy that has concealed zip sections, a viewing through flaps and a retractable sun visor section.

The seat fabric can be washed by machine, and the faux leather frames and grips are easy to clean. It's also much quieter than some pushchairs, and I felt comfortable using it on busy city streets. One of the advantages is that it has integrated accessory points, meaning you can add footmuffs parasols, changing bags, and even a snack tray. 3 wheel pushchair can be used to block out the elements of wind and rain, but it's not waterproof. The single pram can be outfitted with the Comfort Wheeled board (not included) that gives your child more leg room.
